Well as you might have noticed, the site has changed a lot today. We have totally reorganized the layout of our site so that all the navigation is done on the right hand side. Why you ask? Well, aesthetically, we like how there is more room for the actual content of the site, which is why you have come here in the first place. But through some research, I discovered a great practical reason for doing this.
I am starting to realize how important SEO (Search Engine Optimization) really is in this business. We still have very little traffic, and this is because we only get rare hits from search engines. Sure, we are on the front page of certain searches, but only with very specific or obscure terms at best. Keywords, as I mentioned before, are of utmost importance. They define your site.
Now, this doesn't really answer the question of what the practicality of switching the site all around is, but it plays a key part. To generate the best search results, search engines routinely "crawl" every site listed in their databases to process their relevance for certain key terms. Of course, deciding which web pages are most relevant to search terms involves a very complex algorithm, but most people agree that keywords play a huge roll. So, when the search engine crawls a site, it reads in a very particular manner. It begins with the title and headers, and then proceeds from the left side to the right, top to bottom. This means that if all of your navigation links other features are on the left side, a crawler will see these first and make erroneous judgments about your site. This is not something you want; you want a crawler to see your keyword rich content first!
So, if we ever do restore a left sidebar, it would contain keyword rich material, something that you want crawlers to see as soon as possible. Our tag cloud would be a good example of this. Right now, we are doing a lot of research about SEO, keywords, and getting your site at the top of search results, and we should have some valuable information in the weeks to come. I have created a new forum for discussion on this topic, so come in and discuss it with us!

Hi everyone,
Just thought I'd give our millions of readers (oh did I say millions, I meant dozens :P) a little bit of news on what's going on with the site. Yes, we are still alive. No, money isn't rolling in... yet. Many reasons for this of course, school is coming to a close and is keeping us really busy. We try and get as much time in to work on our business, but it's definitely limited. The good thing however is that the ideas are just pilling up, so when we do get that time (in about 3-5 weeks), we'll have so much to do and plenty of time to do it in.
We hope some of the articles we have been posting have helped you or given you some ideas on your own money making schemes. Of course, we are no experts at this... yet. But we are blogging so that you can learn with us about all the great ways to make money, and escape the traps of working for the man. Once we have more time, we'll be doing a lot more research and we'll try to bring you more detailed and informative posts on our findings. As for now, we'll do our best to keep you updated on our current progress and what we've found out so far.
Yes, and about the contest, we've hit a few technical snafus, so it will be delayed a short while longer while we iron out these problems. Other than that it should be good to go. We'll try and have it up and running as soon as we can, so be sure to participate!
Alright that's all for now, hope you've enjoyed this blog so far. If you have any comments at all, feel free to leave one, or send us and email!

I've come across a large number of people in my life who have been brainwashed into thinking that the only way they can make money and be successful is to join a company, work for 30-40 years, climb the corporate ladder, and then retire. Well, I have to tell you, those were the old days, and we're not living in the past anymore.
These days, multiple streams of income are the answer, but to clarify, I don't mean going out and applying to a bunch different jobs and working part-time at all of them. Technically, you would have multiple streams of income coming in, and would be making a lot of money, but you would lose one very important thing, your LIFE. Our life is something we definitely want to keep. How would we enjoy all our hard earned income without having the time to appreciate it?
Consider this, when you are working at your job, you are getting paid for the number of hours that you physically put in. So let's say you are a teacher, you teach from 8am to 4pm and get paid for those 8 hours of the day (minus lunch and breaks). You go home, eat dinner, go to bed and do the same thing over again. Each day you are only getting paid during 1/3 of the day and the other 2/3 of the day you are not. Doesn't that sound terrible to you? Out of the full 168 hours in a week, you are working and getting paid for only 56 of those hours. Wouldn't you prefer to generate constant income coming from multiple streams for all 168 hours of that week? The goal here is to constantly generate income while sleeping, eating, watching a movie etc. You want to have money coming in 24/7. This means you have to find ways to generate money through automated processes.
At this point, you are probably wondering when I'm going to tell you how you can accumulate your own stream of income, are you not? Well, I would love to, but to be honest, we don't know all the ways either! Over the next months and maybe even years, we will be experimenting with many online techniques and will let you know what has worked for us and what hasn't; of course these might not work for you. So we encourage you to begin your own search for ideas and information. I want this article to MOTIVATE you, I want it to PUSH you to find more information about it. The people that truly want to be financially successful are the ones who will immediately seek out more information about this topic and ways they can use their current skills to bring in more money.

Have you ever been kept up at night, thinking of things you wish you could do, but never really thought you could? I've lain awake many times personally, wanting to get in shape, play a musical instrument, and write a book, among other things. By the time morning comes however, the elaborate plans for success that I thought of suddenly don't seem possible anymore. Have you ever had that need for something, but have let it fade away?
When it comes time to attempt these wishes, chances are your conscious immediately comes up with as many counter productive thoughts and arguments as possible, from having no time, simply being lazy, to feeling inadequate or too uncomfortable to start. If not, you're one of the lucky ones, but for the other 95% of us, it can be a momentous task to dive head first into something new.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
There is one cure-all solution that if you can bring yourself to do it, you should be more than half way home; try it. Ignore your inhibitions and just try. The first time it will be hard, but the second time will be easier; so will the time after that, and after that. Tell yourself anything to get yourself to start, taking that first step is the hardest, but the more you practice doing this, the easier it will become.
So, if you are reading this article, take my advice. The next time you want to do something that is daunting to you in any way, just do it and don't think twice. If you don't like it that's fine, at least you will know concretely. The chances are however, that you will like it so much you will wish you had started sooner.
